Refund policy

At OG Kicks, we’re committed to offering authentic footwear and streetwear at a fair price. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process straightforward.

Online Purchases

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with all labels attached, and footwear must be returned in the original box, securely packaged. Please complete the return form and include it with your item. 

UK returns are processed through our Royal Mail Portal. A £5 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free of charge when requested on the return form.

 

Important: We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been worn or returned after the 14-day return window. Please note that we also cannot provide refunds or partial credits if an item you purchased is later discounted or goes on sale.

In-store Purchases

Purchases made in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days. The original receipt is required. All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.
